This tool is offered as a connecting point for Physicians, Nurses, and those in Reimbursement.  

The WVOS Blog should be a valuable resource for sharing best practice ideas, issues and
concerns with your colleagues. It is important that we maintain the Blog as a positive
experience for all of our members, regardless of their opinions or level of experience.

As a reminder to all participants, we are providing guidelines on the appropriate use of this Blog.

  • You may not discuss charge amounts.

  • Post pertinent messages.  E-mail forums are intended to facilitate dialogue among WVOS
    Membership related to providing quality care for our cancer patients.

  • Respect the opinions and information shared by others.  This public forum is intended to
    be a professional venue where colleagues can openly share ideas and concerns.

  • Do not use the Blog to condemn or attempt to discredit any individual. The Blog should
    not be a forum for gossip or to denigrate any individuals, whether you agree with their
    opinions or not.

  • Only post messages which contain information from which everyone can benefit.  
    Otherwise, send the message directly to the individual who needs the information.

  • Fill in the subject line of your post.  Use a brief phrase to indicate the topic of  your
    posting.  If your message responds to an earlier posting, use the same subject phrase as
    the original message.  It tells forum members that this is a continuation of the discussion.

  • Remember that the Blog is not confidential.  It is open and can be read by anyone on the
    internet.

  • Do NOT use the Blog:
  • as a marketing distribution channel for products or services (i.e. Avon, Tupperware,
    Pampered Chef etc.)

  • for advertising or solicitation

  • as a means to collect contact information and/or to identify potential customers for a
    product or service offering; or

  • to conduct unauthorized market research studies.
